Some say making it through the day is tough without getting mugged; it is true fore most of the people have been mugged more than twice.
Others say getting home alive is an everyday adventure to face
i say yes; hence the newspaper is only filled with daily numerous murders of innocent people.
They also say that politicians are here to cause us more poverty and suffering instead of mending our troubles; this is so true since they are only known to steal the countries money and put it in their pockets.
And having answered so i turn once more to those who sneer as this my city, and i give them back the sneer and say to them:
Come and allow me to look at another country with as much beauty as mine.
Filled with exotic people that are proud of their accomplishments,
that give it all to get more and make their Honduras heaven on Earth.
Roughneck as a hurricane, demanding for people's all, giving life at what it can give.

destructive, violent, rough
Below the poverty revolving its cities, it shines with its proud people
Below the ignorance of most uneducated people, it shines with the smiles of its children
shining for everything that it can give,
knowing that someday it will reach its peak,
it shines!
